Bridgehampton
Our Bridgehampton project is a ground-up development project located in a very sought-after area in the Hamptons. After acquiring the property as a tear-down, we raised investment capital to fund a full-scale build—transforming the site into a new luxury home from the ground up. This project showcases our ability to independently manage large-scale investments, navigate complex construction, and consistently deliver high-quality work. We’re proud of the progress made and look forward to completing a home that reflects both elevated design and long-term value for our investment partners.
Southampton
Our Southampton project is an upcoming renovation we are excited to start. We recently acquired the property and plan to break ground soon on a thoughtful renovation that will elevate the existing structure while enhancing its long-term value. Though smaller in scale than our ground-up builds, Roses Grove reflects the same investment-driven approach and commitment to quality. This project demonstrates our ability to identify promising opportunities, move quickly, and execute high-level work across a range of property types.
